Optimizing Your Mini-site Design

A Mini-site can be used for various purposes. Depending on your need, you will need to optimize it for the right result. It could be used for a standard website, a squeeze page for lead capturing, an affiliate signup page for JV partners, An AdSense template, membership site or for your sales copy.

The first thing you need to do in order to optimize your mini-site design is to match your main product or theme with the banner. For example, if you are selling an E-book, try and incorporate the graphics in the E-book into your mini-site banner and make them look ‘themed’.

A good mini-site design can also contain the domain name of the theme within the banner itself. The use of good fonts will give you a good idea on how to edit your PSD file and create an instant, dashing design optimized to draw in traffic.

You can do the same for the footer as well. A footer will give the reader the same feel of the entire site and you do not need huge graphics there – just simply use a short title or re-emphasize the domain name.

Now that you have built a good mini-site for yourself, you will need to put them to good use. You see, in business, profits and margins are everything and time is money as well. You can easily optimize different mini-sites to create multiple profit funnels for any niche businesses.

Take private label rights products for example. When you have a large collection of PLR products, you shouldn’t keep them on your hard drive. You must always try and monetize them and it doesn’t take a very long time to set it up.

Firstly, check if the PLR packages you have purchased come with a sales letter. If it has a mini-site with it, then just upload them onto your server. If it doesn’t come with a mini-site but you have a sales letter, all you need to do is change the fonts on your existing mini-sites and simply key in the word or font to sell your product.

There are a number of ways you can get mini-sites created:

* The manual way is to create one yourself

* The second way is to get software that will help you to generate a series of mini-site templates you can customize.

* The third way is to pay a graphics designer to create one for you (for a fee)

* And the last way is to purchase it from a retailer who merchandises it for Internet/niche markets.
